Outside of work, Conner is all about family—spending time with his wife, Caroline, and their three children, Hayes, Colton, and Madelyn. He loves golfing, hunting, and soaking up time outdoors. Always pushing himself to grow personally and professionally, Conner’s mission is to make a positive impact on everyone around him.

Caroline wears a lot of hats at Wingman Heating + Cooling—marketing manager, bookkeeper, and, let’s be honest, the one who keeps everything running smoothly. Her keen eye for detail and creative mind has helped shape the company’s brand and success. Whether she’s balancing the books or leading marketing efforts, her dedication to the business is unmatched. Beyond Wingman, Caroline is a devoted mom to her and Conner’s three kids, Hayes, Colton, and Madelyn. She loves hunting, traveling, and making unforgettable memories with her family. Will has been with Wingman since day one, bringing over four years of hard work, skill, and dedication to our team. He takes pride in every installation, ensuring the job is done with precision and held to the highest standards. Gabriel has been a key part of the Wingman team for the past two years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a true passion for helping people. He takes the time to ensure every customer feels heard and taken care of. Outside of work, Gabriel loves spending time with his wife, Madison, and their son, Hudson. Cason has been with Wingman for just a year, but he’s already made a lasting impact as a key part of our installation team. His sharp attention to detail and strong work ethic ensure every job is done right the first time. On top of that, Cason’s great sense of humor and fun personality make him a joy to have around—both for the team and our customers. A lifelong sports fan and former baseball standout, Cason brings that same passion and dedication to his work. He’s also gearing up for an exciting year as he and his fiancée, Kate, are set to tie the knot soon!

Landen has been part of the Wingman team for a year, and in that short time, he’s proven himself as a reliable, skilled, and hardworking technician. His problem-solving mindset and calm approach make him a natural at handling any challenge thrown his way. Customers appreciate not only his technical expertise but also his professionalism and friendly attitude. When he’s off the clock, Landen enjoys playing golf and keeping up with all things sports. He and Alyssa have been together forever, and let’s just say the whole team is rooting for a wedding in the near future!

With nearly a decade of experience in the industry, Nick brings an incredible level of skill and efficiency to every installation. His knowledge and expertise ensure that every job is done with precision, and he takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. Outside of work, Nick is passionate about cars and loves working on them whenever he gets the chance. When he’s not under the hood, you’ll probably find him on the golf course, enjoying a well-earned round.

Whether he’s handling a service call or an installation, he tackles every job with professionalism and expertise. His efficiency and work ethic make him an essential part of the Wingman team. When he’s not working, Cameron enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan, and their daughter, Gracelyn. He and Meagan have been together since high school, and their story is one of true commitment.
